Stagionatura Marchisio of Lurisia offers the possibility to participate in guided tours of the production plant to discover all the "secrets" of the production of Lurisia Mountain Ham.
From the salting of the thighs, to the various stages of curing, right up to the aromas released by the finished product and the unique taste and aroma given by the Montagna curing process, you will follow the birth of the products step by step and experience part of their history.
At the end of the guided tour, a tasting of the Marchisio Seasoning products will be offered, accompanied by Lurisia water and a glass of wine.
